This current mirror requires additional branch to bias cascode transistors.
The output resistance is greatly improved comparing to the classic current mirror.
The classical cascode starts working properly for small output voltages:
Vout = ~2 x VDSsat
Bias voltage (gate voltage for M3 and M4 transistors) can be regulated by adjusting W/L ratios of M5 and M6 transistors or single long transistor can be used.
